Can I import an XLS file of my products and my customers into the program, and can I create XLS files from my orders to import them into another system? Is there the possibility to give my agent the entry of item availability related to the order? I am waiting for some information.

The import of products and customers is already possible through the data importer.
The export of orders will be finished in June, first for the Windows version and then by the summer for other operating systems.
As regards the article availability, it is possible. Given the system’s infinite possibilities, we need more information to understand exactly how you would have this control.
