The section allows you to view the data in the form of an agenda to quickly manage appointments.
In the left part there are the calendars for the navigation of the various days and in the central part the visualization of the data that can be set through the Agenda button in a daily, weekly, monthly or as a time line.
You can switch to grid view by pressing the Table button.
Within the Actions menu there are the same items of the Registry section.
|Date Field||It is used to execute the first sum of the values of a field.|
|Total Field||The field to be sum.|
|Total Field Title||The label to be displayed above the sum box.|
|SQL filter||Any SQL string to further filter the sum of the values.|
|Except for the first box, the remaining three boxes vary based on the filter of values on the grid. All boxes need the field to be added, the title and any SQL string.|
|Tree choice||If the table has a tree field, you can indicate it. The program will display it in the right part of the grid to allow you to filter the data based on the selected node.|
|Group by||You can set the display of calendars by users or by label. By label it means that the agenda will be divided using the values within a list field.|
|Start date field||It is the field that identifies the beginning of the appointment.|
|End date field||It is the field that identifies the end of the appointment.|
|Object field||It is the text field that will be used to display the title within the appointment box.|
|Description Field||It is the text field that will be used to display the description within the appointment box.|
|All the day field||It is the Check field that sets the appointment as all day.|
|Label field||It is the list type field that is used to mark the state and color of the appointment.|
|Working hours||It is used to be able to set working hours in such a way as to highlight them on the agenda.|
All appointment definition fields are required, while the others are optional. By not setting one of the required fields it will be impossible to save the section.
